David Peer is an artist, sculptor and lecturer in sculpture.

He completed his undergraduate studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Venice, Italy, and completed his master's degree in visual literacy at the Kibbutzim College of Education in Tel Aviv. When he arrived in Israel at the end of 1990, Peer joined the plastic art scene, exhibited his works in leading group exhibitions and solo exhibitions, and took part in entrepreneurship and  local activities. He is a lecturer at the Department of Industrial Design at the Holon Institute of Technology (H.I.T) and at Kibbutzim College, where he is also the coordinator of final projects and curator of graduate exhibitions.
