"The Electricity Road"

Outdoor Project

1990

Outdoor Project of the Jewish National Fund. The project was carried out in cooperation with architect Nahum Cohen. In 1990, the Israel Electric Corporation broke through an electricity track in the Ben Shemen Forest area. The place, located between the Gimzo junction and the Adam camp, was trained by the Jewish National Fund, and the new route, about 800 meters long, is encircled by playground facilities, metal elements combined with giant boulders, pilings and landmarks. An observation deck with a modular facility covered with a gazebo overlooking the typical and spectacular landscape that characterizes the area, on either side of the road there are parking lots for a picnic and a stay at the site.
